What ways can you sleep to help ease back pain?

It's thought that 8 out of 10 adults in the UK will experience back pain throughout their lives, with a large number of cases not having an identifiable cause and, unfortunately, no easy cure. In fact, each year, 120 million working days are thought to be lost due to back pain.

It can also greatly impact our ability to sleep, creating a vicious cycle. Dr Tom Naylor and Strictly's Lauren Oakley explain and show positions that you can sleep in to help ease pain in your backs.
