U's boss Cowley on finding consistency
The Colchester United head coach previews Carlisle's visit.
It'll be the third time he's come up against Mike Williamson this season, after his departure from MK Dons to Saturday's visitors.
Cowley says he wants consistency, having won 3-0 last time out at home followed by a 4-0 defeat and 1-1 draw on the road.
