Birkenhead Park gets an "upgrade"?
Wirral Council plans to spend 拢1.5M on Birkenhead Park鈥檚 upgrade to enhance its historic charm and support a bid for UNESCO World Heritage status.
Nearly 拢1M will rejuvenate the park, with the remainder funding the UNESCO application.
