Over the last eight weeks you've met the incredible finalists, after we had hundreds of nominations for people in Leicestershire and Rutland who go above and beyond.
All week you've meet the nominees in the carer category. This is awarded to someone who improves the life of an individual or group of people through their helpfulness, compassion and support.
'Miracles To Believe In' is a local charity founded by a group of parents who all had children with special needs. They wanted to create experiences for children that would be welcome to everyone.
