Carrie Grant blasts 鈥榖roken鈥� SEND system
Broadcaster Carrie Grant says the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities system is 鈥榖eyond broken鈥�.
It comes after Norfolk County Council spent almost 拢900,000 on legal battles over support for children in the county.
The money went on what are called SEND tribunals - where parents challenged the council鈥檚 decision to decline additional support.
She tells Edd Smith more.
