'All young people want to be physically active'
It's just a few weeks away - the Make a Difference awards are coming in September – celebrating people in Leicestershire and Rutland who go above and beyond.
We’ve had hundreds of nominations - and every week until the big day you can hear some of the stories behind the finalists.
All this week, we're meeting the nominees in the volunteer category. This is awarded to an individual who makes a notable difference to their community by giving their time voluntarily to help others.
Not only is John Duggan a former Leicester Tiger player and coach, he's spent the best part of his career making sport in Leicestershire and Rutland more inclusive. He told Matt Smith his story:
