'I still see patients I've brought back to life'
The countdown is on for our Make a Difference awards in September – celebrating people in Leicestershire and Rutland who go above and beyond.
We’ve had hundreds of nominations - and every week until the big day you can hear some of the stories behind the finalists.
All this week, you'll be meeting the nominees in the Great Neighbour category, the people who helps to make their neighbourhood a better place to live or work, either on a regular basis or through a single act of kindness.
Trish Bentley is a voluntary Community First Responder who always works on Christmas Day.
Her neighbours say she's amazing and is always doing something for someone.
Matt Smith's been to meet her.
