And a photograph might usually have been expected 鈥� aimed at royal fans and the newspaper front pages. But it鈥檚 tricky because could the palace put out such a publicity photo, while at the same time calling for privacy for Louis鈥檚 mother, Catherine, while she undergoes cancer treatment?
