Competitor, commentator, board-member, and winner. Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson has done it all when it comes to the London Marathon.

In fact, she's won the event an impressive six times. But, it may surprise you to hear, that once upon a time Baroness Grey-Thompson was just another girl watching on television, and hoping one day she could take part.

So what does the London marathon mean to Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson? And what advice does she have for those running this years?
