Lagos school teacher authors and distributes books to indigent students
Literature in English is one subject many students fail in senior secondary school examinations in Nigeria. Some say this is due to lack of study materials or lacklustre understanding of the subject.
To address this problem, Samuel Ekundayo, a school teacher decided to author a collection of poems approved by both national and regional examination bodies and gives them out free of charge to indigent students in Lagos, Nigeria鈥檚 commercial capital.
