"Tubthumping" by the British band, Chumbawamba, was a huge hit around the world in the 1990's and is still popular today.

But the band has now issued a "cease and desist letter" to New Zealand's deputy Prime Minister, to demand that he stop using the song at his rallies. Winston Peters is the leader of a populist party called New Zealand First.

Chumbawamba's former lead singer -- and a founding member of the anarchist punk band -- Dunstan Bruce, spoke to Tim Franks.
