Wivenhoe near Colchester has been named the best place to live in the East of England by the Sunday Times. Ingatestone and Saffron Waldon also featured on the short list.

Tim Palmer is one of the judges and writers for the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Live guide, and has been explaining why Essex has been chosen as this year's winner.
