A pregnancy scan saved my life
The ultrasound showed that Hitchin Mum, Emma, had ovarian cancer. She was able to carry her daughter, Alana, full-term. After the birth, and surgery to remove the cancer, she went on to have a second child. Photo: Getty Images.
