Thirteen hundred incidents of violence and abuse against shop workers were reported per day last year according to The British Retail Consortium. Brandie Lamont-Pumfrey, the Area Organiser for USDAW who represents shop workers in the south of Suffolk, spoke to Sarah Lilley.
