The Grafton Centre, as we know it, is set to change.

Plans to redevelop the shopping centre in Cambridge have been approved. There'll still be a gym and a cinema, along with some shops, but there'll also be science labs and offices designed to attract start-up businesses.

Dotty McLeod discusses the redevelopment with Subjit Jassy, the director of Pioneer Group who are behind the plans.
