70s South London funk collective Cymande make return

They split up 50 years ago - and they've been called the British supergroup no one has heard of.

South London鈥檚 Cymande were a funk collective formed in the 1970s by musicians who came to the UK from the Caribbean as part of the Windrush generation.

They disbanded in 1975 - but over the years they've found new levels of success, thanks in part, to Hip Hop acts sampling their songs.

Now in their 70s, their story is heading for the big screen - and they are going back on the road too.

Our Entertainment Correspondent Colin Paterson has been speaking to founding members Steve Scipio and Patrick Patterson.
