MP Graham Stuart: "KCOM's monopoly has gone"
East Yorkshire MP Graham Stuart says it's time for KCOM to start sharing its ducts. They're the broadband company which owns the infrastructure but rival companies say they haven't been able to get access to it. Shared access happens elsewhere in the country, but in much of East Yorkshire it means dozens of separate broadband poles have to be put up and people are angry.
