After approaching 成人快手 Hereford & Worcester because she felt she had nowhere else to turn, Kianne is now urging other people living in poor quality social housing to speak out, because it can make a difference.

Kianne told our reporter Tom Edwards how, after living in a hotel, life is so much better, her family is now living in a flat in Hereford that they love, rather than loath.
