A new way to stop unnecessary hospital stays
Garden House Hospice in Letchworth is providing care for frail patients without a terminal illness. The pioneering programme is the first in England. Picture shows one of the first patients, 86-year-old Connie Yearley, who says it’s "an excellent idea".
