Margo McDaid is a former primary school teacher. A decade ago, her life changed direction. Since then, she's painted a picture every single day, gaining a huge fanbase.
At the start of the year many people think about trying to change the direction of their life. This is the story of someone who has managed just that. Margo McDaid was a primary school teacher when the tragic death of one of her pupils made her reassess everything. At the age of 44, she decided to give her first love - art, a real go. Since then, she has kept to her commitment to paint at least one picture every single day. A decade on, and using the name Margo in Margate, she has built up a huge fanbase and has now launched her own exhibition.
