From being the home of the pools, to a factory for making plane parts in World War 2, the Littlewoods Building on Edge Lane in Liverpool has a few tales to tell.

Empty since 1994, plans to turn the building into a film studio and production hub have been talked about for more than six years.

Now work has begun on the next stage of its story.
