Everton's 10-point deduction - any way back?

A 10-point deduction has been imposed on Everton today by the Premier League's Independent Commission for breaches of profit and sustainability rules.

The points deduction is immediate, which means they're now second from bottom of the Premier League table and relegation is once again a very real threat.
