Earlier this year Germany had its best ever showing at the Academy Awards when its anti-war film 'All Quiet on the Western Front' took home four Oscars.

Now another German film has emerged as a potential contender for the 2024 awards race. It’s called 'The Teachers’ Lounge' and Talking Movies’ Tom Brook went to meet its director.
