Festive tractor run to take in Coventry
Farmers from Warwickshire are swapping fields for highways again this year, as the annual charity Christmas Sheepy Tractor Run comes to town. A new tradition that has grown since the first event took place during lockdown, sees a convoy of brightly decorated tractors wind their way through North Warwickshire villages and now Coventry. Since the first event in December 2020, the fundraiser have gone on to raise money for local charities including Mary Ann Evans Hospice, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and St Giles Hospice.
The two-day event will take in Coventry on Saturday 9th December, drivers will follow the route Fillongley through Keresley and Radford, onto Coventry Ring Road anti-clockwise and back towards Ash Green through Foleshill and Holbrooks. 成人快手 CWR's Rosie Eaton has been speaking to organiser Charles Goadby, from the Sheepy Ploughing and District Association.
