On Day Four of the conflict, eyewitness reports from the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ's Rushdi Abu Alouf in Gaza and Dan Johnson in Jerusalem.
It is the fourth day of the conflict. Israel says it has secured its boundary with Gaza, three days after Hamas broke through to launch an assault that has left more than 900 Israelis dead. No one from Hamas has crossed in the past 24 hours but the bodies of 1,500 fighters have been recovered after days of clashes, according to the Israeli army.
Meanwhile, Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip have continued overnight - the air force said 200 targets were hit, with whole neighbourhoods flattened. Palestinian authorities say more than 700 people have been killed by the strikes.
In this episode of the 5 Minutes On podcast, the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ's Dan Johnson in Jerusalem and Rushdi Abu Alouf in Gaza provide eyewitness reports of events on the ground.
