A new AI tool reveals how much your heart ages prematurely because of a lack of exercise, poor diets, drinking and smoking. Doctors know our hearts can be older or younger than we actually are, but this new tool tells them exactly by how much. The aim is to find ways to reverse heart ageing and so reduce the risks of many age-related conditions such as stroke and heart disease.
