What's it like running 496km in just one month?
For some of us our morning routine may be to get up, have breakfast and head off to work, but one Coventry woman has spent the whole of July adding more and more running into her day. Jo Squires has been doing the 496 challenge to raise money for the charity, Young People First. It involves running 1km on the 1st July, 2km on the 2nd July, 3km on the 3rd July, and so on, finishing with 31km on the 31st. She told 成人快手 CWR's Sally Johnson that her legs were in recovery:
