McDonald's - A toxic workplace for teenagers?
McDonald's is one of the UK's largest private sector employers - three quarters of whom are aged between 16 and 25. The 成人快手 has heard from 100 current and former employees.
More than a hundred McDonald鈥檚 workers have spoken to the 成人快手 about a toxic culture of sexual assault, harassment, racism and bullying at the company's UK outlets. The employees 鈥� some as young as 17 鈥� have claimed how McDonald's managers are often responsible for the harassment and assaults. McDonald's is one of the UK's largest private sector employers - three quarters of whom are aged between 16 and 25. For many, it is their first job.
The employees that the 成人快手 has spoken to all work for McDonalds outlets - or have worked there recently. Thirty-two made allegations of sexual assault - 79 of sexual harassment. There were also allegations of racism and homophobia. In a statement, McDonalds said it had "fallen short" and it "deeply apologised". It said that all employees deserve to work in a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace and there was no place for harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind at McDonald鈥檚 鈥� and that it would investigate all allegations brought to it.
