Why parts of Europe are experiencing a heatwave
A ferocious heatwave is searing parts of Europe. A red alert warning has been issued in 10 Italian cities and Spain, Germany and Greece are also affected by the high temperatures.
Last year, more than 60,000 people have been recorded as having died in Europe because of the heat.
