Who was Silvio Berlusconi, Italy's 'acquitter-in-chief'?
Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi - one of Europe's most divisive politicians - has died aged 86.

Beppe Severgnini is an Italian columnist and author of "Mamma Mia! Berlusconi's Italy Explained". He's been telling Newshour's Tim Franks why Berlusconi was described as Italy's "acquitter-in-chief".
