'I wanted to give something back to the sport'

Former Olympian Sarah Adams spent her 20鈥檚 as a professional athlete, competing in the Winter Olympics for Great Britain's Bobsled team in Sochi in 2014, and has also competed as an international in the 400 meter hurdles.

After her Olympic adventures Sarah decided to return to her original passion of gymnastics, in which she had competed at national level in her teens, and in 2017 she founded 'Adams Gymnastics'.

The club has grown from a single class of 19 children in a school sports hall to a thriving club operating in multiple locations across Leicester. Now, it has been selected to be part of a new campaign which aims to celebrate the positives of sport.

Sarah tells Summaya Mughal her story, and how the campaign will help a new generation of young people to get the most out of sport.
