Hosts Millie Wood and Enya Lackie look ahead to the Premier 15s final as Gloucester-Hartpury take on Exeter Chiefs Women. They are joined by centre Tatyana Heard, who explains how she stays calm before a big game and gives her reaction to Kingsholm becoming Queensholm for the week.
Plus Shane Daley talks about encouraging more girls to play rugby in Longlevens as part of the Gloucester Hurricanes and reveals the role they will play in the Premier 15s final.
