Why did tourists keep turning up at a home in Plumstead?
Imagine strangers begin to turn up at your street, thinking they've booked a holiday house there - only to find it doesn't exist.
Well - that's exactly what happened to Karin Arsenius in Plumstead, who says her - and her neighbours - have spent hours helping families who found themselves with nowhere to stay.
She said it seemed the street's postcode had been used for a fake accommodation listing on the travel website Booking.com.
Booking.com said it has apologised to those affected and removed the listing.
