Seventy four days ago the Iranian journalist, Vahid Beheshti, began a hunger strike to put pressure on the government to add Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard to its list of terrorist organisations.

He has now been hospitalised and forced to put his strike on hold while he gets the medical attention he needs.
