'This is like a death sentence': Jailed Russian activist's wife speaks out
The Russian opposition activist Vladimir Kara-Murza a prominent critic of President Putin, has been handed a 25-year jail term for treason.Â
Mr Kara-Murza returned to Moscow last year, despite the fact that he had been poisoned twice, and that he was well known for his opposition to the Ukraine war.Â
Newshour's Tim Franks has been speaking to his wife, Evgenia Kara-Murza who along with their three children, live in the US. What was her reaction to the sentence?
