The children playing the waiting game for autism assessment in NI
More than 4000 children in Northern Ireland have been waiting over a year to be assessed for autism. In 2019, that number was just 74 children. Gillian Hutchinson from County Antrim believes her 11 year old twin daughters have the condition and says they have already been on a waiting list for nearly 12 months. Gillian spoke to 成人快手 reporter Helen Jones and Kerry Boyd from Autism NI gave her reaction to Chris and Sarah.
