An arrest warrant has been issued for the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, by the International Criminal Court in the Hague. It accuses him of being responsible for war crimes in Ukraine, including the unlawful deportation of children.
Russia has repeatedly denied that its forces have committed atrocities, and Mr Putin鈥檚 spokesman says Russia does not recognise the jurisdiction of the ICC. It describes the court's decision as "outrageous and unacceptable".
