Tom Cruise refused helicopter landings on Arctic island
Tom Cruise has reportedly been denied helicopter landings on the Norwegian territory of Svalbard, an Arctic Archipelago, for the shooting of the latest instalment of his Mission Impossible movie franchise.
The Hollywood star, who is in Norway shooting MI:8, had sought permission for 30 landings on the Artic Island. However, he was denied the request as local authorities said the helicopter will disturb the local wildlife.
