鈥� Ahead of International Women鈥檚 Day, on Wednesday, we hear from the Ross-on-Wye musician who鈥檚 inspiring victims of rape with her own personal journey through song.
鈥� Meeting the man behind the decks: Ross-on-Wye producer Telantes, star of this week's Kitchen Disco.
鈥� We go backstage at the first big music event of 2023, as the three-day Fusion Festival rolls into Stourport-on-Severn.
鈥� Hearing from the Kidderminster band Black Bear Kiss, who've just released their debut album, following the death of their guitarist who died while penning many of the tracks.

鈥� He spent 30 years touring with the band he formed with Bob Geldof before retraining to become a central heating engineer in Bromyard. Tributes to Garry Roberts, of the Boomtown Rats, who died at the end of last year.
