James talks budgetary pressures on local councils and an improved teachers' pay offer

Senedd members have had their chance to discuss the Welsh Government's draft budget. Now it's the turn of James Williams and 成人快手 Wales colleague Daniel Davies to run the numbers and to explore what the plans being put forward mean for local councils and the people they serve. They are joined by the leader of Torfaen County Borough Council, Anthony Hunt - who explains the pressures his authority is operating under - and by Steffan Evans of the Bevan Foundation - who draws on its research into the levels of poverty in Wales.
