Shay probes former Minister of State for Building Safety and Fire and Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime in London, Stephen Greenhalgh, on the existence of institutional racism following the independent culture review into the London Fire Brigade. The review was conducted by the former Chief Crown Prosecutor for north-west England, Nazir Afzal in which he describes the London Fire Brigade as "institutionally misogynist and racist".
