DUP LEADER SAYS SOLUTION ON PROTOCOL NEEDED TO RESTORE STORMONT
Cabinet Minister Therese Coffey says an assembly election will take place in Northern Ireland after politicians missed the Westminster imposed deadline for restoring devolved government.
