成人快手 investigation uncovers 'exploitation' of mainly African doctors in the UK

Doctors are being recruited for jobs in private hospitals in the UK, but end up working under conditions that are not allowed in the public National Health Service.

A 成人快手 investigation has uncovered large-scale recruitment and exploitation of mainly African doctors in the UK.

The investigation has found evidence that doctors, mostly from Nigeria, are being recruited by a British healthcare company and expected to work in private hospitals under conditions not allowed in the UK's National Health Service (NHS).

It comes as the British government has allegedly clamped down on the recruitment of doctors from the developing world in order to stop a brain drain from countries that can least afford it.

The British Medical Association (BMA) has described the situation as "shocking" and says the sector needs to be brought in line with NHS working practices.

The 成人快手 has spoken to several foreign medics, including Dr Augustine Enekwechi, a young Nigerian doctor who says he had been working from 7am to 11pm and then on call through the night:

"My license was at stake and I knew that working tired was putting patients at risk...I was really really worried."
