Manufacturing day: How are factories finding new staff?
We know the West Midlands has an industrial heartbeat - we're famous for making, building and creating.
Today is the first ever National Manufacturing Day which aims to and get more people into industry because at the moment there's not enough youngsters with the right skills to fill all the jobs.
Our reporter Nish Chauhan made the trip to Smethwick to visit A&M EDM manufacturers.
