US investigators have said gunfire from Israeli army positions is likely to have caused the death of the Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh in May -- but they added the bullet was too badly damaged to enable a definitive conclusion. Shireen's brother, Tony Abu Akleh, gave his reaction to Newshour.
