Fewer than 10-percent of people being referred are getting an appointment with the target time of 13 weeks.
Zoe Beasley, a Wolverhampton mum, has set up a Facebook support group for parents of children living with autism.
Within a couple of weeks, it's attracted more than 150 mums and dads - all sharing stories and advice.
