Karen Robson contacted 成人快手 Radio Newcastle's Gilly Hope in September - asking for help to bring an old recording back to life. It was a lullaby called Little Girl, written by her father Brian Teasdale Snr in 1965, when Karen was 9-months-old.

For much of his life, Brian had been a prolific poet and songwriter - but that came to an end ten years ago after he suffered a brain injury following an assault. He caught COVID-19 earlier this year - and staff in the home in Newcastle where he lives told Karen her dad might not have long left. She resolved to get some of his music re-recorded so that she could play it to him and reassure him that he and his life鈥檚 work would be remembered. And that's where the music students at Sunderland College, and Durham-based Sapien Records, stepped in. This is 5 Minutes On Karen's Song - a gift for my dad.
