"Everyone can dance, especially if you have the freedom" - how Dance Centred is working to get women and girls moving
When was the last time you danced?
Maybe it was after you'd had a couple at a wedding or a birthday party - or perhaps you've never had the confidence to properly give it a go?
Dance Centred CIC is determined to prove that everyone can do it - and has just started running new sessions designed to get women and girls in some of Cornwall's clay villages up and moving.
The work is being supported and funded by Cornwall Community Foundation, FEAST, Hall for Cornwall and HeadStart.
Our weekend presenter Jack Murley has been finding out more from Sam Lawrence, the co-director at Dance Centred.
