Afghans flee Kabul: 'People are just running out with their bags'
People have been fleeing the Afghan capital Kabul in their cars, causing long queues of standing traffic. The Taliban are reported to be at the city gates but have ordered their fighters to refrain from violence and to allow safe passage to anyone who chooses to leave.
