Word Matters: ‘You've got to step out of your comfort zone’

Sam, Karen and Craig have found reading and writing a challenge during their life.

They have now received or are currently getting support to improve their literacy.

During the launch of ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio 5 Live's 'Word Matters' project - shining a light on the estimated nine million adults in the UK who have low-level literacy skills - they had an honest conversation about their every day difficulties and how their life has changed after seeking support.
